Description of Incident
passing through tolls on Rt 22 westbound from NJ to PA, two easy pass lanes merge back into one lane within 20-30 ft of exiting tolls. Driver sounded horn and was seen flailing arms when I tried to merge in front of him. Car then tailgated me for approximately 2 miles and then swerved around me on a curve; I needed to slam on my brakes so as not to t-bone him. He then was tailgating the car that I had been following. Cut over to the off ramp at Rt 24/25th street from the left lane to exit from the highway.
