Description of Incident
Stadium Drive in Chapel Hill, NC is a small road with parking on both sides. Traffic was backed up for at least half of the length of the road and the driver decided to pass all of the traffic by driving on the wrong side of the road. They then took a right onto Ridge Road and a left onto Manning Drive. They continued to pass multiple cars (groups of 3 or more) by driving on the wrong side of the road. This was a very scary incident, since the roads in Chapel Hill are small and if he had hit oncoming traffic a large pile-up would have occurred.
