Description of Incident
Heavy traffic in 2 lane residential street. Perpetrator approached my vehicle in a blue BMW with excessive speed and tailgated. Weaved into other lane and aggressively passed. Got caught behind other cars and tried to weave back into my lane but I was there, so started tailgating me again. There was solid traffic in front of me. Perpetrator expressed road rage with hand gestures and violently weaved into other lane to pass me again, then abruptly braked and blocked my way. I pointed at his license plate and made it clear I was memorizing his plate #, and he sped up and took the first left.
